Metabolic testing

We are excited to announce that we are working with strength and conditioning coach, Mark Evans-Martin of Intelligent Trainer to provide all our athletes with detailed metabolic testing. Mark is fully qualified to carry out metabolic testing for RMR (sub maximal testing, Fat Max, VO2 and fitness testing (maximal testing). We will be providing more details of this service, which utilizes the PNOE system shortly but please do contact us if you would like more information immediately.

Exeter City Regatta

TTT is proud to be one of the sponsors of the Exeter City Regatta, organised by the Exeter Rowing Club, on Saturday 9 July 2022. With 145 races over the 400m sprint course it promises to be an exciting and highly competitive event. Good luck to everyone!
